that would fulfill most of both me and my husband's work out needs what would you recommend? My husband basically wants to build mass, he mostly wants to get his chest and arms bigger. I want to work on my stomach and my legs and arms (basically whole body). We would prefer just one machine, we want it to fit into our bedroom. We have a large bedroom 20' x 12' or maybe even put it in the walk in closet (10' x 10').We would prefer not to pay more than $600 or so.Thanks!OMG, seriously? See what he says. I was thinking we'll do payments if we were to go out and buy one froma store (I hate doing that) but if he'll take $500 we can find a way to come up with it, but maybe not within the next few weeks - the holiday season has killed us.

I will give you more detailk when I get time, but the bow flex is the real deal and can accomadate both of your needs... Its compact and will fit in the small area you have... Oh that sounds dirty.... Buy a used one on Ebay... so many peoople but them and then never use it..... I actually have a friend that bought one for $2,300 1 year ago never used it and is selling it, for I think $800... I can ask him to sell for $500.?LOL photoguy hahahahahahahahahaha.. If we all took that advise nobody would be in good shape.... that was fun to read though.

Tell him to get on his knees and do some push ups, then sit ups, then pull ups, then you do the same. Then pick a local destination and walk, bike or run there 3 times a week. Anything you buy will just end up being used as a clothes hanger...been there done that...working out in your home is boring and frustrating...you have to get outside and challenge yourself.
