| The FDA USED to recommend 20 min. a day, but revised that number upwards a couple of years ago to AT LEAST 45 minutes a day of VIGOROUS exercise. This means that you must work out for at least 45 minutes daily keeping your haert rate between 160-180 beats per minute.No. 20 min. isn't enough. |

| If your only trying to mantain your present weight and your diet is well balanced that amount of excercise should be fine. |
