Im trying to lose weight and started at the wrong time this year in the fall. I was noticing some changes and then the weather became nasty. So now im stuck inside my house 24-7. I walked today because the weather is amazing, but chili. Im 16 years old. And I am very strong and have a wide frame but never have worked out. Should I purchase some 15-20 pounds dumbbells.Does an ab lounge also work? I was thinking about getting one of them. I have an ab roller and it kills me lol. Im not even going to say my weight, im too embarasssed! haha

Like a previous person said, Get a mini trampoline! I found one cheap at wal-mart for around 20 dollars. You can take them inside and outside. They last a good while, and boy, they are a WORKOUT! Builds up muscle. They are fun, but they aren't the bounciest type of trampoline.
