| weird.they prefer to eat grilled meat and chicken only.no veggies except for salads(tomato,cucumber).but to sum all of these,they eat less and can't drink milk coz they feel stomach upset after few minutes of intake.they love to eat potato chips and chocolates cakes.i've tried to give them vitamins supplement and appetizer for years but nothing from these kinds works.what shall i do? |

| They have a seriously bad diet. And, I would guess, their environment is not so great. Kids who can define their own diet, who are free to eat cookies and cakes are missing something vital: parental intervention.Don't buy the garbage food. Keep only whole fresh foods in the house. Check your own diet. What they see you eat will affect them. |

| The best solution is to turn for some professional help. They might do some endocrinological, maybe gastrological tests. Also psychological aspect is important (stresses, load, etc.)Leaving out potato chips and other other energetically poor food is a good idea (being rich wtih carbohydrates, cakes are good for gaining weight, but if they don't substitute other food). |
