| i take a sugar-free yogurt in Breakfast, I eat lunch normally (no bread, just veggies and some seafood), I sometimes take an apple or grapefruit as an afternoon snack, and at night, I take soup or an apple depending on the day....I also go to the gym once a week for an hour and I sometimes walk to the mall for 20 minutescan you tell me if this is a good healthy way to loose some weight??PS: I'm 16 and i weigh 107, i'm about 5"3 (in case you need to know) |

| Ok its a good plan, and will work, BUT1) WHY do you need to lose weight if your 107 pounds ??Im 197 pounds, and im 13 ! Now I need to lose weight. NOT you.2) Eat a bit more, you have to have atleast 1000 kcls a day x |

| I don't think you need to lose weight, but you're eating well. The only thing I would suggest is to exercise more. It's easier to get into those good habits when you're younger. Don't wait until you're old and fat. |

| u need more protein. humans are meat eaters and if you dont give it to yourself, youre not going to be building much muscle (which all girls need, just in case). i dont think you have a weight issue though. just tone up. ;D |

| dont take diet pills EVER. You have a very good diet and you should see results if you lift weights a little and run on the tm. + GO TO THE GYM MORE. good luck. |

| You need more dinner. The body needs specific calories to function. I am 5'3" and need 1400calories daily just for the body to function. More fruit won't hurt you it is full of fiber and vitamins the body needs in order to be healthy. |

| Girl you are already skinny as you are!?!? Why do you need to lose more weight???? To kill yourself???? I hope your not going anorexic because you are already underweight for your height.... |
