If you can't walk, then you should join a gym and talk to one of their personal trainers. Make sure to let them know you are pregnant and trying to maintain your figure. They should have workouts designed for pregnant women. And it will be warm at the gym.

Your best bet would be to ask your doctor.

You need to be asking your OB/GYN before starting any exercise program to make sure it is safe (we do not know about your health prior to the pregnancy). If he gives you the go ahead, search on the internet for exercising while pregnant

The first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor who can determine whether it is ok for you to exercise. The most comfortable exercises are those that don't require your body to bear extra weight. Swimming and stationary cycling can be continued throughout pregnancy. Walking and low-impact aerobics are usually well-tolerated. You and your doctor will need to decide what's best for you and your baby. A lot of hospitals also offer exercise classes just for pregnant women, so you can look into this and ask your doctor what programs are around. There are also some facilities that offer water exercise programs in a pool.

Horse riding will tone up your legs brilliantly, especially your thighs. But you'd have to check with your doctor first before starting this. But usually, people can horse ride up until they give birth,if they feel comfortable enough to do so!Many riding centers have indoor areans for you to ride in,so you don't need to worry about getting cold.

If your doc says it's ok to excersize, then you could just do calf raises, and wide squats for your inner thighs. Hold a light dumbell in your hands while doint these. 3 times a week 6 sets of 12-14 reps.... Don't worry about the Love Handles while your prego. It's ok to gain between 25-30 lbs during your pregnancy...Ask me again after the baby is born.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
