| you cant lose that much that fast in a healthy fashion just take your time and keep it up your young it'll actually come off fast just not that fast |

| Yes you can.Keep up the exercise, eat healthy, with the occasional cheat meal, to stop you wanting to binge on naughty food, and the extra weight will come off easy. Good luck. |
