I just recently started lifting weights, im about 5'6" 220lbs, male & 24 years old (please keep in mind that I am new to this and dont know alot of the terms and what not) My goal is to build muscle, just some definiton, and to loose some fat mostly the stomach and man boobs. All I have is a weight bench (with leg thingy, and lat tower) and 100lbs of weights, so far. If I actually stick with the working out routine I will get more equipment. So far I have been lifting every other day, for about 2 weeks. preacher curls, lat pull downs, leg extensions, bench press, & leg curls.(these are all I know how to do) I am starting to see a difference in my biceps & hamstrings, but thats about it. My questions are:What is a simple effective way to work the triceps?should I use Supplements/vitamins? If so what ones? How to get rid of stomach fat?Any good sites with pics or videos for workouts?chest specific workouts?Any suggestion would be helpful.please be specific. Thanks

there s the tricep one usually done with a dumbell but you can do it with weights where you life the weight and hang it over your head and slowly lower behind your back so your arms are like a right angle. also if you bench with a close grip it will hit your tris. Umm i don't really know anything about supps and vitamins but id say just take protein. to get rid of the stomach fat you got to do a lot of cardio and do ab exercises to get the abs defined. bodybuilding.com good place to go. I usually just google everything and look on you tube. Chest workouts include benching incline, regular, decline although some people perfer dips instead of decline. Pushups dumbell flys and presses. Just hit your muscles from different angles to keep them surprised for optimal growth and potential.

The best way to work your tricep is to get a simple dumbell that weighs a little less than you can curl starting out. Raise your arm above your head and bend your elbow so that the tip of your elbow is pointing towards the ceiling and basically your armpits showing. Then, without moving your shoulders, Straighten your elbow so your arm straightens out. You should feel the back of your arm working, or the tricep. If you do use supplements, dont do steroids or crap like that.Protein shakes can help but always drink before you work out, and when i say before, i mean like 5 minutes before because if you dont burn it off, it will turn into fat.The best way to get rid of stomach fat is to simply run and do curl ups. Do large sets of curl ups to the point that you feel like throwing up. THEN STOP. Don't do anymore. It workd for me.A good chest workout is to get two LIGHT dumbells and lie on your back as if your doing a bench press. Then, straighten your arms out to your sides so you make a lowercase "t" shape. Then bring them up so they touch above you. DO THIS WHILE BENDING YOUR ELBOWS AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE AND DONT LETYOUR ARMS SAG WHEN THEY'RE FLAT OUT.Good luck, and stick to it.
