| i drink a lot of wateri have breakfast almost everydayi try to have healthy snacks (vegetables and fruits)i walk on a treamill for an hour 3-4 times a week at a speed of 3.5 miles per houri'm eating smaller portions reducing fat and sugar intakeswhen i listen to my mp3 player i walk around to lose more weighti stretch and do simple exercisesBUT I'M NOT LOSING WEIGHT!!!i lost 2-3 lbs then i got stuck ... i'm overweight and i have some belly fat and and i need to lose my love handles (obliques)... i have a week and 1/2 break from school so i'll workout every day if possible but i need tips !!!!i'm also eating healthier meals |

| How overweight are you?Count calories. Seriously. Try to keep your calories around 1,500 a day. Just eating healthy can still make you go over the calories you should consume. Also, don't exercise every single day. Take a day to rest and pig out once a week. This really seems to reset your metabolism a bit, and help you lose. |

| a low-carb, low-fat diet is usually best and usually works fairly quick. be careful what you eat! carbs will turn into sugar-depending on your body type, that can mean disaster for all your efforts. it sounds, though, that you're on the right track. what do you eat for your meals? cut out as much bread as you can. lower the amount of sauces and cheeses you put on your food. ease up on any extra salt as that can hold water in your body. look up some ideas on reputable websites! you're doing just fine! good luck! |

| wind sprints... go to the track. walk 1 lap. stretch. then sprint 100 meter, walk 100 meters, sprint 100 meters, walk 100 meters, ect, untill your beat! it's demanding, but YOU WILL see positive changes in your body. do it 1-2 times a week and keep doing your low inpact cardio on the other days. |

| Kick it up a notch.. Try jogging part of the time while you're walking. Also cut down on your munching, and try to munch on healthier snacks like fruits or vegs.Try eating 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones.Don't eat after 8 PM |
