ok well im 17 and im about 5'5" and 126 lbs. im not fat fat, but i have some "junk" i would like to get rid of. about a week ago i started walking/jogging on a tredmill. i walk for 30 mins and in that time i walk about 1.5 miles. [each day however, the distance gets farther in the same amount of time] i've deff. cut back a lot on junk food, i don't eat chips, cookies, or drink soda anymore. i also drink as much water as i can. what i was wondering was, if i continue doing this, walking about 5-6 days a week, how long will it take to see some results? is there anything else i could do to help get more results? any suggestions...please help! i have senior trip coming up and i want to look/ feel good about myself!thanks |

| Losing the healthy way takes time, maybe a couple of months...It's good that you're watching what you eat, but make sure that you portion size too, and calorie counting helps a lotThe website posted is good for calorie counting |

| Always consult a weight loss doctor or a dietician before starting your weight loss program as performance of an individual varies. You should make some small changes if you want to have great results. Try to count your calories in every meal you eat. Stick to a regular exercise program which is a key part of a weight loss program. Try to enjoy your exercise program. You can exercise outdoors or you can exercise during listening music if you will enjoy your exercise it will boost your weight loss program. For more details visit http://www.looseyourweight.info |
