| ok so iplay ringette, but its not a physically demanding as last year, so what i do is, when i first get up, after school, and before bed, i do a 10 minute mini-workout. 30 situps, 30 pushups, 30 squats. i would go running, but im in canada, and we just got a cr@pload of snow, so it isnt prime running conditions. what do you think? is this good for me? i dont wanna hear about doing more, this is just what i do at homego away matt |

| Depends what you're trying to do. To me it's rediculous, the situps, pushups, and squats are - generally speaking - wastes of time if you are looking to get stronger. Situps really don't do anything anyway, so they're kind of an all around waste of time.The running is good though, but make sure you eat breakfast before you run in the am or if not RIGHT after you're done running. |
