I eat way to much and I am sick of it. I know that I need to stop buying the food and I am going to stop but even when I dont have allot of food I still eat allot. I eat about 2200 calories and I want to eat less then that. I weigh 165 pounds and I want to weigh 135. I run for 4 miles everyday almost and I still am at this weight and I dont understand. Can anyone give me any advice on how to stop eating so much and to loose the weight that I want to loose.

I got on Weight Watchers. I lost 5 pounds in two weeks. It really puts your portions into check and you can still eat the food you love. If you can find the points books from someone for free, there's a chart to figure out how many points you get a day and how many points each food is worth. Then you won't even have to pay.It really works.

Well, for one, eat healthy foods. like fruits and veggies. One VERY important thing, dont eat after 7 o clock at night. I know, it might be hard, but that is when ur body's metabolism slows down and stores more fat.

I don't think 2200 is a crazy bad amount. Eat 3 good meals a day. Whatever you want. But nothing in between. It will be hard till you get use to it, but once you are it will be second nature. Start carrying a pack of gum with you all the time. If you feel tempted to eat something you should not be, have some water and pop a stick of gum in your mouth. The pang should pass in 10-15 min.

Rumor has it that your mind can control your body. Here's a couple of tips1. Don't serve the same quantity of food you are used to serving yourself on your plate. 2. Tell yourself over and over that you're full or that it doesn't taste that good so you will eventually stop eating.3. Above all: NEVER eat the last bite. It can be devastating and if you don't you'll feel so proud.Good luck!

drink lots of water, keep up the good work on the running. you burn allot of energy running 4 miles a day so be sure to take vitamins that contain B12 and B6 that might be what your body is craving and the only way you have been getting it is through food. Yes chew gum, and beef jerky is a good low calorie snack but not to much as its high in sodium. If you crave sweets try a good juicy fruit natural sugar is the best. Most important!!!!! don't skip breakfast eat fruit and some form of bran to kick of your metabolism right in the beginning of the day. wish you the best of luck!!!!!!!!!!

You have an emotional eating disorder caused by boredom and stress either from work or home or maybe both. Exercising until your head caves in won't mean a darn thing unless you fix your nutrition. Let's do the math: 165lbs. x10 = 1,650 calories to stay at your weight. You said you consume 2,200 calories then running expends about 550 calories. Then your going to be on same plateau unless you change those crazy eating habits. Here are a few websites to help you.
