For example lets just say you are sitting down for like 30 minutes to a few hours and suddenly you need to run as fast as you possibly can, or need to fight with all your strength and speed.How would one go about training their body to do that?

Well, aside from train in order to be able to run really fast, or fight well, you'd also need fast reflexes. Not sure you can really train yourself to have faster reflexes than you already have though.

Why? Do you sneak in to the cinema without paying? I guess you are just going to have to do that same movement over and over again to train the muscles needed for that movement. Then when you get "attacked" or somethings scary happens then you will allready have the body's natural adrenaline to help you so that you will do it faster than normal
