| Not useless- but your body absorbs vitamins taken in pill form minimally- If you are worried about your vitamin intake, eating fruits and veggies is by far your best bet. If you take more vitamins than your body can absorb, you will just pee them out! Still not a BAD idea- but I wouldn't take more than one 1-a-day- you'll just be wasting your own money!So basically- if you take a pill, you will pee a lot of those vitamins out. If you eat fruits and veggies, your body absorbs those a LOT better. |
