| if somone was to stop eating but wanted to keep their metabolism up, what vitamins, protein, & such does the average male body require to function properly and what kinds of drinks/energy drinks would facilitate this? |

| why you want to stop eating?if you would stop eating your metabolism will go down too you want it or not.If you are talking about protein i would think that would be a SUPPLEMENTS.You can get protein powder like Pure protein, or nay zero carbs protein powder if you going to use any energy drinks, because they do have sugar in it, even if they say sugar free(never liked them),glutamine, aminos, multi vitamins and multi minerals are MUST have thing. But nothing and i mean nothing will help you keep you metabolism up only food and exercising.Good luck |
