| I have walking shoes that I've been running with for 3 months now (I run 2 miles, 5 days per week). I've been suffering from calve and shin pains and I'm wondering if these shoes are the cause. Will specific running shoes make a difference, or would it not really make a difference? Thank you! |

| Yes, the shoes will make a difference - a running show has more support in the areas you need it, and is a bit more flexible for running, so you will avoid those pains. Just make sure you stretch everything out well before and after running to, that and new shoes should help! |

| Yes that might be the problem. running shoes are specially made for running so your feet dont hurt and balance your weight evenly and are was better. you should really consider running shoes if you run that much the whole time. |
