| Hello~ im Kat. *=) i have to do an essay about personal fitness. The main thing is i need three people... So if you could take a lit time fo me, i would be every so happy lol. Needed info:Name:Age:Height:Weight:Gender:(i also need info about you~culture, socioeconomic, and background*=) #1~What type of sports do you play now/ or did you play when you were younger? #2~How much physical activity do you get each day? Is it vigorous, mild, or light? #3~When was the last time you exercised? #4~Do you try to balance exercise, with the right foods? | Tyler 165'7''110 lbs.Male White1. I used to play golf and a bit of softball.2. I do mild running throughout the day and stretches 3 times a week. 3. The running is quite often and it's been a few days since I did my stretches.4. Yes I eat well and do plenty of exercise. |
