I have (like many other people have at this time of year!) vowed to get fit and lose weight in the New Year.I have joined a gym with good intentions...I have been reading up a bit on different types of work outs and have found that it's important to do a range. Strength training, cardio and flexibility.Which workouts and how many should I do in a week?Which workouts are most effective for you?I enjoy swimming and yoga and I have recently taken up running/joggingcheers!

I would do more cardio then anything else. But yes flexibility and strngth training are also important. But remember muscle adds weight on. Just stretch really good before every workout and that should take care of flexibility. Also if you like yoga keep doing that. Maybe frome once to three times a week. Running and swimming are excellent ways to lose weight. Just remember to diet along with doing these workouts! Good Luck

Keep it simple. Running/swimming/ellipticals are great. I don't like ellipticals though because I like running.Don't forget to tone. Classic push-ups, sit-ups/crunches, also are good for you. If you're at a gym look for the apparatus where you can do back-lifts and work your lower back. It's good for your posture.

Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.Good luck!
