to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.Good taste and goes down smoothly.Been taking it for 5 yrs now.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS

There is no way to localize fat loss. However, you will lose your love handles as you decrease your overall body fat percentage. The simplest way to do this is to decrease input (calories you eat) and increase output (number of calories you burn each day). By doing this, your body will use up stored energy (i.e. fat) to replace the needed calories - and your overall body fat will decrease.People think you need to be a gym god to be slim and trim. This is not necessarily true (just like being skinny doesn't mean your healthy). For the average person, the biggest factor that effects your body fat percentage is your diet. The biggest results you will achieve are from your diet - exercise will help, and will give you a firmer and stronger body. There are many diets out there - my favorite, and the favorite of many athletes I have trained and have worked out with, is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. This diet works for me because I enjoy building muscle. Other forms of this diet is the vegan diet - in which protein is taken in the form of soy and vegetables.
