| i want to lose 25 pounds in 2 1/2 months.i know that this means i will have to do INTENSE training.so my diet is pretty simplei am 128 pounds and i am 5ft3ini want to lose 25 poundsi would:eat only healthy foods. no junk food or soft beverages at all.and i would workout 6 days a week(saterday as free day)and i would mostlikely run/jog about 3 miles of cardio.how much calories should i eat and burn? |

| You want to be too thin. Your healthy weight is around 115. Regardless, you should probably aim to eat 1500 to 1800 calories. Sounds like you will be burning 500-600 cals a day with that workout.To find out exactly how many calories you burn, you need to find a BMR calculator. |
