You are probably not going to be happy with my answer but I don't think you are losing weight the healthy way. Starving yourself could make you have serious problems with your heart, liver, kidneys, etc.

Look, I think you're eating far too few calories, to begin with....From your description, you're taking in less than 1,200 calories a day.....That's very, very unwise; you can only eat like this under a doc's supervision. At the rate you're going, you're actually frightening your body into a "starvation mode" - you body thinks that you're starving , so it preserves food and shutdowns your metabolism.......Your metabolism goes way down, not way up!!!Therefore you won't lose weight! And you're exercising far too much - I suppose is 2 hrs daily? And you worry that when you eat, you gonna put on so much weight......Hey! Be careful, you're may be encroaching the eating disorder syndrome.....My advice -Cut your exercise time down to 1 hr per day, 4-5 times per week and eat a well-balanced, nutritious diet. Here's how to eat healthy and still lose weight: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/healthy-weight-loss-diets.htmlThis combo of exercise and eat healthy is the healthy way to lose weight.Try it! For your health's sake.
