I am 6'2, and 190 lbs, im slightly chubby, but i wouldnt say fat, I dont want to become fat either, so I am looking to get back into shape, So I was wondering if anyone knew of a nice little crash plan that could help me lose some weight fast. Although im not really fat i do tire very easy as my lung strength sucks, would like a nice alternative to the whole running and eating right thing, I normaly drink nothing but water, have a chicken sandwich for lunch and like a hot pocket or something for dinner, i rarely eat breakfast, would like some tips on how I could lose some weight fast

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.Good taste and goes down smoothly.Been taking it for 5 yrs now.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS http://www.amazon.com/Whey-Protein-Powder-American-Nutrition/dp/B000XW VT7I/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1197660714&sr=8-1

If you lost that much that fast, you're probaly gonig to gain twice as much back-don't do it. It's not like you NEED to lose weight. Do it slowly(1 or 2 lbs a week) and it won't come back. What you are eating isn't healthy. And start eating breakfast, it gets your metab. going.

it's a hassle to make, and i'd reccommend adding lots of spicy flavorful spices to the soup, but the Cabbage Soup diet will definitely help you lose up to 10 pounds in one week...some of that is waterweight though.... and it won't stay off if you revert to any bad eating or lack of exercise habits...plus side of the diet:-you eat super healthy-loose up to 10 pounds in one week-diet is only 7 days long-each of the 7 days tells you exactly what you're allowed to eat & how much so there's no guess workdown side of the diet:-soup needs serious spices & herbs added to make it taste good! i highly reccommend using the V8 and then making it taste more like spicy tomato soup...-expensive unless you already have the required ingredients in your fridge-you have to take at least a 2 week break before doing another week of the diet or you'll become malnutritioned..-hard to order at restraunts (on salads, get basalmic vinegar dressings; if you drink, stick to double-cranberry-vodkas only!!)despite the downsides, i really liked the diet because it was super structured, easy to follow, there was no guess work involved which was great for me!here's the week plan:Day One: Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water. Day Two: Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today. Day Three: Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets. Day Five: Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both). Day Six: Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once. Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.
