| Hey all,had a nasty knee ligament injury there for the past 12 months, only being able to take to the rugby field in last number of days doing light fitness exercises, I'm planning on spending January doing an intensive weights and fitness regime. I've never had supplements before but I feel I need a boost to help me through January. Friends have advised me to take Cyclone and Promax (maximuscle products). Anybody think I should try other stuff. Thanks |
