bail the peanut butter (fatty and clingy), bail the bread (carbs turn to simple sugars inside the body which turn to fat if you don't work out constantly, and then sometimes even if ya do, no sodas, and avoid the fruit which has natural sugars/fructose which doesn't help shedding the pounds...

eat a balanced meal and with exercise you should be able to lose that amount, maybe even more. Just don't go overboard.

sounds your off to a good start, but DON"t starve yourself. I' trying that by eating no meat, and it is not working. Your body needs protein to devolpe muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. So try eating smaller portions of your fruits, veggies, and meat every 4 hours. It wil burn your metalbliosm if you contuine working out. Besides if you contuine yu will maybe only lose 5 pounds. The water in your body also will weigh more, which it will seem like your fater.

ummm.... why are you trying to lose weight???your very tall, and your weight is proportioned with your height.if you go online and find a bmi calculator (body mass index) you should find that you have a bmi of about 22.3. This is within the normal weight for your height, so losing 20 pounds would make you underweight, but to rally answer your question, yes.YES!!!!!!! I, no lie, by cutting down on carbs, lost 23 pounds in 15 days. 9 pounds the first week, 9 the next week, and then 5 more !~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!

Not a good idea. With your height, weight, and especially AGE. At 14, that height and weight shouldn't be worrysome. Enjoy your life! Of course being healthy is important, but less than about 140 isn't good. 135 would be the lowest I would suggest you to go. Only veggies & fruit isn't healthy. Why not have oatmeal or a slimfast shake or bar for breakfast, fruit or veggie for snack, some meat cutlet (if you really don't want carbs, otherwise meat and lettuce on wheat bread) and veggies or fruit, a fruit or veggie snack and a dinner of about 500 calories and possibly a little fruit before bed. That alone would shed 15 pounds in less than a month and you would still get enough nutrition. If you are depriving your body what it needs you will end up gaining the weight back.
