| well im really thin and skinny but around my thighs and belly im fat i guess. wel my stomach is really blubbery and so are my tighs.. i was just wondering any quick ways to get a flatter belly but not in any programs or money causes just like some kind of exercise.. im beginning to feel really self concious whenever a family member tells me my stomachs getting bigger or im putting on weight... i hate to wear swim suits in front of them!! and ppl say when i grow up im going to end up like my auntie and shes BIGGGG and at school the kids are always calling me sticks are something i dont want to be mini size i jus want some way to shift my weight from my belly or thighs and like bring it up to where its really needed my wrists or lower legs.. well i kno thats not possible but i jus wanna reduce it and have a nice flat belly like i use to any excerizes anyones got thatworks quickly?? Thanx!!! |

| Triky QuestionI've got da same problem.Why don't u try exercises such assit-ups,crunches,yoga,running,swimming.Plz let me know if it works. |
