| im 6'3 175lb'sim looking to get bigger but im unwilling to lose my abs.... any way i can do bothp.s i run 2.5-3.5 miles a day and go to the gym 3 days a week..i eat really well too but im looking for something extra to give me super ripped abs...do fat burners work..if so any types i should try...? any help would be great heres a pic of me so you can see what im trying to improve. http://pix.hotornot.com/pics/H8/KS/HY/HR/RRBUBREBPUHW.jpg |

| honestly I think simply increasing the intensity of your runs is all you need to do. so instead of running further try to cover the same distance in a shorter amount of time. |

| Do Squats, isolation ab work is almost useless, especially crunches. Eat and lift to build the muscle. |
