im 6'3 175lb'sim looking to get bigger but im unwilling to lose my abs.... any way i can do bothp.s i run 2.5-3.5 miles a day and go to the gym 3 days a week..i eat really well too but im looking for something extra to give me super ripped abs...do fat burners work..if so any types i should try...? any help would be great heres a pic of me so you can see what im trying to improve. http://pix.hotornot.com/pics/H8/KS/HY/HR/RRBUBREBPUHW.jpg

honestly I think simply increasing the intensity of your runs is all you need to do. so instead of running further try to cover the same distance in a shorter amount of time.

Drink a gallon of water every day, it will prevent you from retaining water which is usually stored around the stomach.

Do Squats, isolation ab work is almost useless, especially crunches. Eat and lift to build the muscle.
