| In addition to working on the foods I'm eating, I'm wanting something that will speed me up and energize me.Is there something specific that anyone's tried or heard of that's supposed to give one energy? |

| One a day vitamins help out for me. That along with an extra 2 hours of sleep. Be careful of the energy drinks etc. They have a good energy kick but have a terrible downside after a couple of hours. |

| A women's energy multivitamin every day might help. |

I use bee pollen capsules for natural energy. I learned about bee pollen when I was a runner in my school track program. Later I took it when I wanted to have more energy for exercise. It helps me lose weight too. The kind I use is special and it comes from New Zealand where there is no pollution so the natural goodness is intact. If you have allergies you should check with your doctor first before trying bee pollen, because after all it is ... pollen. So if pollen makes you sneeze, this might not be right for you. My experience has been all good.. I'm glad you reminded me, it is time to get a refill on my supply. There is a lot of information on this page (below). |
