I want/need to lose some weight, well about 30 pounds. I'm 5'2" and 21, so my BMI is about 27, which is considered overweight. I don't have an indoor fitness facility and I don't have enough money for a gym membership. I hate exercising outdoors. What can be the best way to get some activity that will aid me in losing weight, and yes I know, eating better will help. Thanks . |
