| Hey! I'm wanting to loose a little weight in my stomach area and was told to try yoga or pilates. They both sound great, but which one would be better in my situation? Could you give me a little info about both? Thank ya so much! |

| Dont worry, i have the same problem but it's gettin much better. Pilates is a great workout and so is yoga. you would like to have a strong, toned core but yoga helps chunky muscles to become smooth and flat. if you want a faster result use a sweat suit or sweat bands and be sure to stay away from sodas. Cardio is excellent. just choose whatever keeps you moving. Martial arts, running, sports, dancing, just anything. Choose your fav music that can keep you motivated. in every exercise keep tummy tucked even when you sit or do extracurricalur activities. trust me it seems a lot but not really. that's what i thought until i tried it. it'll work for you just keep trying. |
