im 15, and thin, but i have belly fat..i have a vacation of 20 days, and i want to see at least a noticeable change..i have a pool, and i swim everyday.. is there anything specific i should do?also how many crunches should i do a day? ** i do not care about having a 6 pack, or abs, or any of that, all i want to do is lose the baby fat and have a flat stomach..and i will probably continue these excersises after the 20 days, but i want to just set a time frame for myself right now..

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.Every week add to the number of repetitions.You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

First eat less and exfoliate yourself that is.............eat a lot of fruits and roughage of vegetables to take outthe toxins........after that do your yoga and push ups......an exercise ball is good too

situps morning and night (50?)crunches (same as above)sit ups then when ur halfway twist to the right, then left then back down, that does your lower tummy and love handles?good luck hon! and imsure you'll look great anyway!

Hi Well my little sister is a running champ!!! she does about a 100 crunches in the morning the minute she wakes up and before she goes to bed i think that is the best time to do that crunches, and promise you that will show you a difference after a few days up to a week.

well having a flat stomach in just fifteen days is stg nxt to impossible....well u r having a pool it maintains ur slimness but to get a proper shape to ur body u must consult a physio instead of yahoo answers as nobody cant advice u the correct thing that will be benmeficial,,,,,, better u should go for a expert otherwise u ll spoil ur body

watever u do DON'T do 100 or more situps in a day coz u'll just stuff ur muscles and body unless you are getting the appropriate back support and are eating properly. even then u should never do them all in one go, coz my older sister had anorexia, but not the sort when u just stop eating. she'd eat very little and excercise HEAPS. she did lyk 500 situps in a row with all these other excercises. it lost the weight, but she got so thin and it wasnt good. she went to the doctors and nutritionists and stuff and stuff and hey said u shud never do that many in a day. whatever you do just do it gradually and build yourself up to doing more each week or watever, but never something ridiculously in excess. if u want it to last, then ur better off doing it gradually and eating the right things so u'll look and feel better in the long run as well.

Cardio is the only way to get rid of fat. Go jogging, get a skipping rope or go cycling and you'll see a change.
