| I am very skinny and i have a problem on my back so i can“t go to the gym. I swim 3 times a week and i would like to gain weight and get fit and toned. I also have a fast metabolism. |

| continue with your swimming. To make it more difficult, swim faster or farther.If you are looking to put on a little bit of muscle, get some whey protein or another comparable protein supplement and have a serving after breakfast and after you swim.If you look at alot of successful swimmers, they are lean and muscular, so you're on the right track in terms of excercise. |

| well , you don't put that much tension on your muscle when you swim , at least not enough to tear your muscle tissue for it to grow bigger and stronger , you should just take it easy , let your back recover before you start any workout , takecare , good luck !!! |

| get the swim gloves and leg things that are used in water rehab to add resistance when you swim. resistance builds muscles and strength. |
