I am 12 and 115 lbs. I know thats not really overweight but is it average? I play basketball 3 times a week and volleyball 5 times a week. In spring I'm joining a swimming class and tennis. I swim during the summer and play volleyball and wakeboard. Would it be safe to lose 15-20 lbs? is my weight average?

VERY average, if you really wanna loose weight I'd say no more than 5 is still healthy, but you sound extremely active, so it's most likely muscle weight, don't worry about it, that is FINE

My daughter is 11 and weight 95 pounds and she hasn't quite hit puberty yet....so assuming you have, I would think that you are at a healthy weight. Knowing your height helps too. Really hun, starting to diet already at 12 would be a huge mistake. Most people who do the dieting merry-go-round, end up losing say, 10 pounds and then gaining 15. Then the next time around, they lose 20 and gain 25. By the time they are 30, they are very overweight.Just stay active (in sports or otherwise), eat as healthy as you can - drink your milk (so important!) and enjoy your teen years!!!!
