i'm going south for christmas and will probably be going swimming and tanning etc.etc. you know no shirt activities. one problem, i have a some belly fat!!! i'm not like over weight, but it's not a beach body, for sure. i just need to drop a couple of pounds, ya know, get a flat stomach. what can i do? and i dont want any answers saying that i cant do it that quick. also unfortunatly i cant do anything like enema or liposuction or whatever, lol. it needs to be some kind of exercise and diet. i cant go to extreme on the diet, i just need some good answers!!!

Join a gym. That is what I am doing today. Swim,workout,and stem room. Also, try and eat only when you are hungry. It is ok to have sweets in small portions.

For the short-term, you can try Atkins. It seems to work better with guys anyway.

Wow, if you find the answer you better let the world know. You will be rich! Really, the only healthy way to loose weight is through nutritious diet and exercise. Really a whole lifestyle change for most people. I think you already know the answer...

Ok, you have a week until Christmas. Maybe you should have thought about losing weight a little before now. And anyway, it's cold in the south. You won't be doing any swimming. We get cold like the rest of the country. Just not quite as cold.

the key is water lots of it eat one time a day before 6pm not after or fast
