| A six pack is mainly about % of body fat. You can do tons of exercises, but if you're diet is not great, you won't see results. As far as exercises, leg lifts, crunches, scissor kicks, and an ab roller all work well. Good luck! |

| what do you need it for? but...go on any fitness club website, like GymBox or Fitness First they usually post some useful info that you might find helpful. Sit-ups but not too many, and ust before going to bed...that is how I trained-of course I am girl and do not need to have a proper 6pack...but was satisfied with my results. |

| Well, the question poses a different angle for me.The only exercise needed is to walk to the nearest off licence or supermarket and get refused for being under age. This will give you twice as much exercise and save you money. |

| sit ups ,crunches.a lot of hard work,why not take up Karate or tae kwon do, using calisthenics, this sport will show you how to get the body your looking for. |

| go to a gym and speak with an instructor and listen to no-one else, he or she will get you to where you want to be mate, be prepared for total commitment tho x |

| Im a fatty, recently i was told by an expert we all have six packs, but without eating properly and losing weight it will not show, also be carefull when you excercise as your at an age that things are still developing, thats why you cant join clubs etc. |
