I'm doing a chemistry project, and am looking for a little more information. If you know any facts, you can post them, so long as you can list your sources. Opinions are fine, too. Thanks!

I think so because drinks like Propel and Gatorade replenish your electrolytes.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.be-thin.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to http://www.easy-fit.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

They work somewhat better then regular water because of the light mineral content. However, you're only really concerned about hydration during an intense workout so paying extra for mineral water is not worth it. The water molecule is one of the systems main transporters of nutrients across the cell membrane and into the blood stream for use by the body. As transport molecules go it's rather large and some minerals attached to in may not make it to the blood stream. Protein, creatiene and L- gultimine are all small enough to ride across attached to the water molecule and get into the system, but those items are mostly taken after a workout when the muscle cells are screaming for something...Most people don't get down to the cellular level in thought of how things affect the body...Most bodybuilders I know have to make that a field of study because they need to know how to best get the nutrients they need.Charlie C.
