I wanna breathe normally but still have flat abs.My tummy is so bulky, and when I sit down, how do I get rid of flabs piling up? other people dont have ugly folds on their tummy when they sit down. I know it could be genetic but I will work to get rid of it.how long should I exercise and are leg lifts and crunches enough? Ive been doing them forever, but look my tummy isnt even firm! help please, I wanna be wearing two pieced swim suits by spring!!! To burn fat you need to do cardio and build muscle. Start off with cardio first and slowly start weight training. You need to do some kind of cardio for 60 mins at least 4 times a week to start burning fat fast. During your cardio you need 1 min intervals of a "sprint" doesn't matter if you use a treadmill, elliptical, bike, or regular running. You need to push yourself hard for 1 min every 5 mins or so. You will see results. Remember weight training is very important to burning fat, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Do cardio be4 weight training. Need more tips just ask. Also amost forgot...crunches are a waste of time if you do not do them with weight! Abs are the strongest most durable muscle they need to be worked hard for results and lef lifts work hip abductors not abs.

You know, it's doesn't look flabby at all (I know, we are all our own worst critic!! - but you don't!!). If you really feel that your belly (which is healthy!) is not tight, the best way to reduce body fat is by doing cardio workouts. Even if you do crunches and such, it doesn't raise your heart rates to a high enough level to burn fat. You need to jog, do aerobics, cycling, elliptical, or even walk quickly for at least two 15 minute periods a day.Seriously though, your belly is healthy and feminine looking! To maintain yourself at a healthy weight however, I do recommend doing the cardio excercises I mentioned above!Cheers and Happy Holidays!

get one of those big rubber work out balls. get some small like 2 or 4 pound dumbells. stand on the ball with 1 foot at a time and do dumbell curls. i know this sounds silly but the act of trying to keep your balance on the workout ball is a great way to flatten out your abs.

Doing crunches only strengthens the muscle beneath the layer of fat that's troubling you. The best exercises to burn fat are cardiovascular, like running, dancing, or aerobics. Do an hour a day five days a week and you should see results for sure. Don't give up on your strength training though, muscle mass is great because it actually burns more calories when at rest than fat does. Good luck!

I used to have the fattest stomach that was sooo much larger than your tummy. The best ab exercises, diet tips, and ab workouts that I have come across that have really helped me get rid of my belly fat along with showing me what I was doing wrong are found at... http://www.yoursmilingchef.com/six-pack-abs.htmlAlthough I'm not "all the way" there, I've been really, really pleased with my results and hope that you find the information useful.Good luck to you and have a great holiday season!
