Can I take Omega-3, Vitamin-E and Vitamin-C supplements all together?

I want to take them one behind the other but do I have to wait a few minutes before taking another supplement?

Those shouldn't cause any kind of side-effects or interaction since they're all just suppliments, but you might want to double-check with your doctor just to make sure.Definately it won't make a different if you take them right after each other or if you take them a few minutes apart. If they are going to interact, they'll do it even if you take one an hour after another.

No problem whatever as they are all natural supplements.Mixing prescription medicines or drugs can be quite dangerous.
