I know everyone drinks them, mostly everyday or they rely on them for their sole energy to get them through the day. A friend of mine works for pepsi (who distributes the drink) and dropped a pallet of it on the ground and it fired off a few cans, making a mess but he decided that there was too much work to do and left it there for a few days. Later, when he went to clean it up, it had started eating its way through the concrete floor. Now tell me that this isn't bad for your stomach!!! Just a little info if you drink the stuff...slow down and get some multi B vitamins(sublingual, of possible) and eat a better diet for energy...this stuff isn't a good energy supplement to use all the time!

You shouldn't really be relying on energy drinks such as this to wake you up. You should eat right, sleep right, and stay healthy by being active. Have some fresh apple juice in the morning instead. Besides- Monster tastes horrible.
