i'm female 25 years old. I do a lot of exercise (about 1.5 hours martial arts per day, 1 hour yoga, 40min steep mountain walk). However I really want to take my body to the next level. The only time I have time to run is very early morning and it's dark and I get a bit scared..BUT, how about interval running for 10-15mins?I have 2 2kg hand weights. A resistance band and wrist weights. I can spare maybe 30mins in the morning and 30 mins before bed.Can you suggest what I could do with this time to make my body extra strong lean and sexy!Ive also been doing up hill walking lunges..are they good?? Is there a better way?HelpThanks

I think you're on the right track. Anymore, experts are recommending interval training at quite a HIGH intensity for seeing the best increases in fitness. Lunges are good, uphill is probably more challenging, but try doing things downhill as well (such as running). It works your muscles differently.

the slower you work, your muscles get more defined (not just bigger) it might seem weird but slow and steady does win the race!
