all you really need is some weights, do some cardio, lift some weights, and do a few leg exercises and you are good to go

You don't need equipment to get exercise. Pushups, pullups, running, situps, squats, etc., require no weight and if you do them right will get you very good results.HOW you use the equipment is more important than WHAT you use.

an excercise ball. You can buy at walmart for under $ 20 and can strengthen your core and tone muscles. For cardio, it simple and free.... walking or jogging. The combination will tone muscle making you lean and the walking and or jogging will burn calories. The ball is great for strengthening the core and you can also incorporate it with pilates. You could also look up yoga moves on the web to add something different to the routine. Good luck !

Start out with situps, pushups, and running in the park. Get a good pair of shoes. Or if you want to buy something... check ebay!
