| Right now I'm in high school playing football and track. Running track really build up my stamina and i have even won some races that I've been to. What you should do is jump rope to build leg muscle, run around your neighborhood or the city, and do ab workouts too. The ab workout definetly helped me out alot. It gave me stamina and even alittle bit of speed. Eat healthy also, because if you eat junk food then you'll gain a little or no muscle at all so start eating healthy and drink alot of water. Do what you can do man and exercise for a reason, not because you have too. Think about this because it helps out alot.good luck dude |
