The superhit time-tested formula for staying healthy for the rest of your life is to eat a well-balanced diet and doing regular physical activity. | The supplements and herbs I use are from a company called Herbalife. Most people I know take a one a day vitamin, unfortunately, the technology isnt there for one a day's yet. I have found that Herbalife offers the best on the market. I not only use their supplements, but I have used their weight loss plan and have lost over 100 lbs. | Herbs and vitamins are not going to keep you healthy all your life.You need healthy Genes (heredity)you need a balanced fresh food diet. (in proper amounts size-wise)You need proper excerciseyou need to avoid toxins like smoke, alcohol, chemical exposure.Then you have a better chance to live healthy to a point, but to everyone comes, Cancer, or Diabetes, or, heart disease, or eventually Alzheimers.And everyone dies.Just enjoy your life now and don't worry obsessively about the future. |

| Everyday make yourself a drink of this - 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar mixed into one glass of water. It not only gives you most of the nutrients that your body requires daily but also cleanses your system at the same time. If you drink one glass full before each meal the fats etc in foods with not stick to your arteries. Talk about an energy boost! It also helps improve your memory. Your question comes under "alternative medicines". Try it. It actually doesn't taste bad at all, like diluted apple juice. |
