| Crash diets do not work! You will soon gain back and more after you reach your goal. You need to change your eating habits:For exampleEat breakfast (like cereal, lowfat milk, and fruit) NOTE: ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST - it jump starts your body to burn calories and you will not overeat later in the day!Snack at mid morning (apple, almonds - about 10 whole, or 0% fat yogurt cup)Lunch (sandwich with whole grain bread with lettue, tomato)Snack at mid afternoon (similar to mid-morning snack)Dinner (6 oz chicken or fish, brownrice/sweet potatoes, veggies)You should lose no more than 1 - 2 bs per week, otherwise you can lose muscles unless you exercise. If you stick to the above - you would have no problem. Stay away from sugary things like pop, candy, chocolate bars and fatty things like donuts,If you exercise, the more successful you will be in the long term.Good luck! |
