can I do at home? or do you have any recommendations on good exercises that I can do at home etcc.. I'm also kind of interested in taking on yoga/pilates. I'm way to busy to go to the gym with work and school... I'm 18, 5'4, 132lbs I trying to lose at least 15lbs by spring. THANKS!

aerobic exercise is any kind of exercise which your body cells use the oxygen to produce the energy. This mechanism make your cells be grow up, not be loaded by free radical too much. Many optional for aerobic exercise such as cycling, jogging, treadmill and gym. Basically, these exercises need rutinity to be done. You should have about 30 minutes , at least 2 times /week to do these exercise. If you don't have much time to go exercise outside, you still can exercise in your house too, with your modification, but the most important is rutinity. You can try static cycling or running on the spot.
