| Hello I am 19 years old ans ever since I had my daughter my body just is so out of shape i really need to loose weight I always feel very tired and im sick of trying to find big clothesdoes anyone got any good diets easy ones or maybe pills but ones that really work thanks |

| i dont think you should take pills, its never good to your bodythe best way is to exercise maybe jst start with something easy like walk more or have a jog and eat healthy! those greesy foods gotta go |

| wouldn't that be great take a pill. well lets get back to reality..... weight watchers is really great..... and yea you got to move..... bundle up the baby and get out there and walk they have classes you can take with your baby and its exercise to.... |

| i think you need to exercise and i heard this soup can make you loose weight.. but off course you need to exercise as well.you can make a tomato soup.. just boiled it with celery, carrot, cabbage inside. and eat it with your lunch and dinner. |

| Pills and fad diets are only a short term fix. Just go running!! It will also help with the tiredness. You will actually find you have more energy if you start regular exercise. 30 minutes a day will do it. If you have stairs at home...walking up and down them for 10 minutes is also a good exercise. |

| hi ... i too have put on loads of weight after my delivery and honestly its easier to gain weight than loose. easier said than done ... firstly start exercising at least 15 minutes a day ! don't eat: junk food, oily stuff esp potato fries, sweets esp. chocolates/cakes, butter/cheeseeat: fruits, soups, nutritious biscuits if u r always feeling tired try taking iron or calcium vitamins all the best ... |

| start to monitor what u eat... eat heavily (drink more water, vegies and avoid oily foods) & sleep well then u wont feel tired easily. Exercise can help to tighten up those loose muscle and re-shap yr body quicker, but u have to see what kinds of exercises is suitable for u (depending on yr health condition). 30-40 pounds is not a small weight, u can't lose it in one go. |

| Drink an 8oz glass of water before each meal and between meals. Water helps you feel full faster and rid your body of wastes and toxins. Avoid sugary soft drinks and juices. Try to include as much unprocessed food as possible; fruit, vegetables, beans and whole grains. Lean meat and fish is best, preferrable grilled, broiled or baked. Use olive oil instead of butter. Allow yourself one day a week for a treat so you don't feel deprived and end up on a binge. And as hard as it is to do, only weigh yourself once or twice a week.
