|
|
| I am 21 yrs old... and my grandmother is 64 is wanting to join some kind of gym to get into a little better shape. We are wanting to join together...We have places like Curves, Fit for her, Extreme Fitness, and the YMCAWe are wanting to know about each.. like what Curves For Women does and how they work... and everything like that. But there is one catch... My grandmother has peripheral neuropathy, and diabetes.Which is she has a feeling in her feet like her feet are constantly numb, and she doesn't really feel anything with her feet.So we are trying to figure out which place would be the best for her to workout at. Im up for anything.. so really Any advice.. or comments would be great!.. Thanks so much! |

| 1.) Talk to each gym about how they would help your grandmother.2.) Ask each gym if you can talk to some clients (or just walk in there and ask them anyway, but it's more polite to ask : ) )3.) Talk to your grandmother's doctor about the best exercises for her and ask if there are any restrictions on it. |
