| hey guys, I'm 13 and I weight 168 pounds, my height is about 5"6, it's doesn't look so fat because of my height, anyway, I work out like 3 hours aday, on DDR ( dance dance revolution ) and it helps out alot. I burn at least 500 calories aday, I just need some help on eating habit, how many calories should i have if I burn 500 calories aday. if you're an expert tell me how many calories generally, just by walking indoor, sitting, and anything else, exclude exercise, how much calories does it burn and again how much calories should I have in eating |

| The daily amount of calories per day is 2,000 calories averaged per person at most. If you lose at least 500 calories, that must mean that your doing a good job keeping your body healthy and fit. Because of your height, the average weight should be around 120-135 pounds. I hope that I've answered your question!-Ansem.Xemnas |

| The government can tell you the right calorie intake, but basically, to lose weight, you must burn 3500 calories to remove 1 pound of fat.You want to adjust your diet so that your calorie intake is low enough that you lose about 2 pounds a week - no more, or your body will go into starvation mode, and will refuse to metabolize the fat. The result is that you may lose muscle mass, and you may make yourself ill.Diet and exercise together should be used to control weight.If you don't want to do calorie counting, start by cleaning up your diet. Don't eat:Cookies, cakes, candy, ice cream, or any sugar soda (diet sodas are OK)Limit:Bread potatoes, pasta and other high carb foods.Eat appropriately:Meat (avoid beef, and the fat on meat)Eat lots of:Fruit and vegetables.That'll give you a basic framework of healthy eating. Also plan to eat five small meals a day instead of three bigger meals; and ALWAYs start the day with breakfast - never skip this meal. |

| to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.
