| alright, so, back in late july i decided enough was enough with the whole "my parents do it, so i'm just gonna eat junk too" thing. i picked up a healthier vegetarian lifestyle and i started cycling daily, swimming quite regularly, going for runs of a morning, etc. i'm 5'3 and i weigh 119 lbs. i'm not very comfortable with loosing much more weight, but i still have a flabby lower stomach & large thighs to deal with. are there any exercises to help shape up these problem areas, other than simple stomach crunches? i've been doing twenty to thirty of those each night for quite a while now, and i don't see a difference. |

| I didn't see a huge difference in abs with small numbers of crunches. It wasn't until I started doing 300 rather than 30, and on an incline with small weights that I started seeing a difference. As for thighs, leg lifts and skating are the best. Actually, nothing is better than skating, but not everyone can do that. |

| Do leg squats up against the wall. 3 sets of 20 for a week then 3 sets of 30 for 2 weeks. Also do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Drink a gallon of water for 4 weeks and no soda.Good luckFROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS |
