Hello all. I had P.E on Tuesday, and thanks to the coach's exercise regimen, I am in pain when I walk, sit, and bend down. He made us run our lap double than what we should have, made us do 10 push-ups, which we never do, and our other normal exercises. He also made us do 30 sit-ups, although we were to only do 10. Doing 30 is not a big deal for me at all, since I do about 10 more when I do conditioning at tumbling, but he made us do this on the searing hot, HARD, CONCRETE floor, instead of on mats or even on the grass. So it now hurts when I sit, bend down, and even walk. Is this guy qualified for coaching P.E? And I think he is a bit of a hypocrite. He rants on ands on about fitness, but while we're running our lap, he's on his golf cart driving behind us telling us to pick up the pace. Is this guy for real?
