| you need to 86 the Special K from your diet. Special K is not healthy despite what Kellogs may wish people to people. it's a heavily processed cereal and to the body it has the same effect as consuming sugar. Special K is a 70 on the glycemic index, jelly beans are an 80. oatmeal is a healthy cereal, it contains 1 ingredient and that's oats. Special K contains about 40 ingredients with the majority of those being additives and preservatives which are exactly what's causing a great deal of the health problems in society today. |

| you may be hungry because you have depleted your bodies supply of salts. This triggers your hunger reaction so that you will eat, which will give your body the minerals it needs. I suggest a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of a sea salt from the Mediterranean or France, mixed in at least 12 oz. of water or juice. Also, if you can tolerate the taste, try an ounce of apple cider vinegar either in a shot with a juice chaser or mixed in with the juice. This will help flush out the toxins produced by your muscles exerting energy. |
